Shipping policy

An order confirmation email and a notification email with your shipment’s tracking information will be sent to you after you have placed you order allowing you to keep track of your order. 

Hong Kong:

• Self pick-up is currently available at 29 Coffee - Ngau Tau Kok and 29 Coffee - Strand50.  Once orders are ready for pick-up, we will send you an email notification within 5 business days to ensure the freshness of our coffee.
• Local shipping via SF Express. Orders will be dispatched between 5-14 business day (weekends and public holidays excluded); delivery date and time are subject to the courier service provider’s delivery schedules, delivery to remote areas may take more time to arrive. For timely delivery, please remember to provide us a valid  Hong Kong-based mobile phone number.

INTERNATIONAL

• International orders, we will ship via Hong Kong Post e-Express
• e-Express service is available to Cambodia, The Mainland, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Korea, Lebanon, Macao, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Viet Nam, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, the United States, Brazil and South Africa
